I require a 48 hour notice for cancellations out of respect for my time and my other clients time. I understand that life happens, and I want to work with you! Deposits are required for any first time services and color services. If the deposit is not paid, your appointment will be denied. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service. You will be unable to rebook until the fee is paid. I require a card on file to make the process easy and to protect both parties. If you no call, no show (NCNS), you will be charged 50% of the missed service and will be unable to rebook until the fee is paid. Arriving 15+ minutes late is considered a NCNS. If you arrive after 15 minutes, your service may be rescheduled or shortened. Repeated NCNS will unfortunately result in the inability to book with me in the future. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I do not offer refunds for any service, but I am happy to work with you to make adjustments.
