Cancellation Policy
i request a 48 hour notice for cancellations.
however i understand life happens, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service.
if a service is no call no show (NCNS) you will be charged 100% of the missed service and will be unable to rebook if the fee is not paid.
15 + minutes late is considered a NCNS. in that case, we can have a shortened appointment or reschedule.
if NCNS are repeated you will unfortunately not be able to rebook with me.
